Delete your Parchment account

In the app

1. Open Parchment and tap your profile picture on Home.
2. Go to Settings and tap Delete account at the bottom.
3. Type DELETE to confirm and tap Delete my account.

Without the app

Send an email from the address you use for Parchment, with the subject Delete my account, to:

We reply to confirm it is your account, then delete it. You don’t need to reinstall the app.

What gets deleted

• Your account, name, email and profile photo
• Your brew log and notes
• Your collection, wishlist, reviews and ratings, including reviews other people could see
• Your taste profile, beans and rank
• Usage data linked to your account

How long it takes

Your account closes straight away. All data is permanently removed within 30 days, and we email you when it is done. Anonymous crash reports that can’t be linked to you are kept for up to 12 months to fix bugs.
